What documents do I need to rent a car?
You will need a valid driving license. International visitors should carry an International Driving Permit alongside their home license. A passport or government-issued ID and a credit or debit card for the security deposit are also required.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Our Day Tripper package starts from a single day. The Coastal Drifter and Festival Fleet can also be rented for one day, though many customers find multi-day bookings more practical and cost-effective for longer routes.
What happens if I exceed the daily mileage allowance?
Additional kilometers are charged at a straightforward per-kilometer rate. We will explain these charges during the vehicle walkthrough so there are no surprises at the end of your rental.
Can I return the car to a different location?
One-way returns can sometimes be arranged depending on the destination. Please mention your preferred drop-off location when making your booking inquiry and we will confirm availability and any applicable fees.
Is the coverage comprehensive or do I need additional insurance?
Each rental tier includes its own level of coverage — basic for the Day Tripper and comprehensive for the Coastal Drifter and Festival Fleet. You are welcome to arrange supplementary personal travel insurance for added peace of mind.
How do I arrange a bilingual driver for the Festival Fleet?
Just let us know when you make your booking inquiry. We will confirm driver availability for your dates and provide the additional fee details. Drivers are familiar with popular routes across the southern and central regions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, and cash in Vietnamese Dong. A security deposit is held on your card at the time of pickup and released upon vehicle return.
